I like that the rooms were modern and they were very clean. I like that the damage fee was a quick turnaround back to my debit card.

Everyone was nice and friendly. Easy to get extra towels and extra toilet paper. The room was nice and clean and there was plenty of room(King Room). Hot water. Clean bathroom. 2nd time staying here and will stay again. The location is great. Within 20 min driving of every where we visited (Riverbend, BB Riverboats and Cinncinati City)

Very nice and clean each and everyone of the staff members are quick to fix and help with any problems they were very respectful I will most definitely be here again because of the staff and the environment

Quiet, clean, and friendly. The lady at the front desk who has been there for many years (curly hair) was so kind and helpful. Made my stressful day immediately better— and was patient with my tears. She deserves recognition.
